“药目”考释

A Textual Study on "Medicinal Catalog"

在查阅大量古医籍文献基础上,运用目录学、文献学研究方法,考证探析了"药目"在发展过程中亦有指代一种药物与一种药方的含义,最后固化为指代一种古籍或者一类古籍上。笔者为了剖析"药目"内涵,分别与"方剂"、"药录"、"药典"之间进行了比较研究。认为"药目"是制药堂号常用方剂经调剂制剂后的成方制剂目录,所记载内容同早期"药录"相似,而在规范化以及标准的作用方面,性质与"药典"不同,仅是制药堂号的内部规范。

On the base of looking for huge amount of ancient medicine literature,this paper explores the" medicinal catalog" which refers one kind of medicine or one kind of prescription during its developing process to consolidate into ancient books for one kind or one type. Writers made a comparative study among " prescription"," medicinal list"," medicinal dictionary" for analyzing the content of " medicinal catalog". It is considered that " medicinal catalog" is one list for set prescription preparation for common prescription in medicine factories after prodution. The contents of records are familiar to the early version of " medicinal list". However,on the aspects of normalization and standardization of function,its feature is different from " medicinal dictionary",which was the inner benchmark in the medicine production factories.
