民国针灸医家对“穴性”的认识

The Recognition of "Acupoint Property" by Doctors of Acupuncture and Moxibustion during the Republic of China

自民国针灸医家仿效中药"药性"提出"穴性"概念,至今仍有较大争议。从有关文献入手,对民国几位针家倡导的"穴性"进行研究,认为焦会元最早倡导"穴性",陈光昌所撰《实用针灸学》似为第一本"穴性"专著,罗兆琚使"穴性"学说的影响不断增大,曾天治从倡导"穴性"到回归"按部取穴",李文宪认为穴性学说"不大完好"而加以弃用,承淡安则从最初借鉴"穴性"学说,最终予以否定。

Since doctors of acupuncture and moxibustion put forward the concept of " acupoint property" according to the medicinal property during the Republic of China,there still exist lots of disputes. In the view of literature,we study the " acupoint property" by several doctors during the Republic of China. It is considered that the earliest " acupoint" was pointed out by JIAO Huiyuan. And CHEN Guangchang's book of Shi Yong Zhen Jiu Xue seems to be the first monograph of " acupoint property". LUO Zhaojv enlarged the influence of the theory. And ZENG Tianzhi returned selection of local acupoints instead of insisting on " acupoint property" no longer. LI Wenxian regarded that the theory was gradually abandoned for not being perfect enough. CHEN Dan'an denied the theory eventually from borrowing the theory from the beginning.
