基于Airbnb数据的京郊乡村民宿空间分布与影响因素分析

An Airbnb Data Based Research on Spatial Distribution and Impact Factors of Beijing Suburban Homestays

在乡村休闲旅游发展大环境下,"民宿"成为应运而生的新兴产业,已成为乡村旅游极具特色的业态之一,对缓解乡村空心化带来的房屋、土地闲置等问题具有积极意义。本文以北京郊区的乡村民宿为研究对象,利用ArcGIS空间分析方法定量研究其空间布局的规律以及影响因素。结论如下:1.京郊乡村民宿的空间分布具有明显的集聚现象,体现为"一区多核"的空间分布特点,以及"北郊富集、南郊稀疏"的南北空间分异;2.民宿分布与自然地貌区分具有相关性,在浅山区范围内分布最为密集;3.民宿分布依托于国家A级景区等重要旅游资源,主要趋近分布在景区富集的地区。对京郊当前乡村民宿的空间分布情况的分析结果,对探索乡村未来发展路径具有一定意义。

In the context of the development of rural leisure tourism,"homestay" has become a new industry, has become a very distinctive form of rural tourism. Under the in fluence of rural hollowing, the development of rural homestay has effectively alleviated the problems of housing idle, land idle, and etc. Taking the country houses in the suburbs of Beijing as the research object, this paper quantitatively studies the law of spatial layout and its influencing factors by using ArcGIS spatial analysis method. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The spatial distribution of rural homestay of Beijing suburbs has obvious centrality character, which presents a layout structure of “single-aggregation area combined with multi-cores". Rural homestay are concentrated and clustered in the northern suburbs, with a small number and low concentration in the southern suburbs;2. The distribution of homestays is correlated with the differentiation of natural geomorphology, and the distribution is the most dense in the occurrence range. 3. The distribution of homestays is based on important tourism resources such as national A-class scenic spots, which are mainly located in the areas enriched by scenic spots. The analysis results of the spatial distribution of the current country houses in the suburbs of Beijing are of certain significanee to explore the future development path of the countryside.
