基于老幼行为调研的严寒地区既有住区外环境微更新策略研究

Research on Micro-renewal Strategy of Existing Environments in Severe Cold Area Based on Investigation of Elderly and Children Behaviors

本文基于对严寒地区老年人和幼儿的行为活动调研,尝试解决在严寒地区建成时间较长的多层住宅小区室外环境改善和更新问题。提出通过社区撤更新活动的引入,促进严寒地区老旧社区外环境更新,提出严寒地区老旧社区外环境微更新策略。从"室外空间功能补充、景观重塑、设备设施优化"三方面并进行深入研究。

Based on the investigation of behaviors of elderly and young children in severe cold regions, this paper attempts to solve the problem of outdoor environment improvement and renewal in multi-story residential quarters with long construction time in severe cold regions. This paper proposes to promote the external environmental renewal of the old community in the severe cold area through the introduction of the comm unity micro-update activity, and propose a microrenewal strategy for the external environment of the old community in the severe cold area. This paper conducts in-depth research from three aspects:“addition of outdoor space function, Iandscape remodeling, and optimization of equipment and facilities”.
