摘要
法律工作者的语言能力规划是语言规划、语言政策的分语域研究。目前学界尚未对其展开系统的研究。本文提出法治工作对法律工作者语言能力需求的关键点,建构起语言知识储备能力、语言知识向法律应用转化的迁移能力、法律语言运用能力、多语多言能力的“四位一体”的能力规划模型,同时提出对特殊法律工作者——语言学专家证人的语言能力规划建议。希望通过本研究能初步建构起法律语言规划的基础框架。
Language competence planning of legal professionals is a sub-study of language planning and language policy. Relevant studies have not yet been conducted systematically. This article puts forward the key points of legal professionals ' language competence demands, and sets up a “four-in-one ” model for competence planning, consisting of the accumulating capacity of language knowledge, the transferring capacity of turning language knowledge to legal application, the applying ability of legal language and the multilingual ability. At the same time, we give suggestions for language competence planning of the expert witnesses in linguistics, a special category of legal professionals. It is hoped that this study could preliminarily construct the basic framework for legal language planning.
