三相共体式GIS母线管的声振特性仿真研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用GIS的声振特性对其机械状态进行检测的方法受到了广泛的关注,但目前缺少振动产生机理及声辐射特性的研究。为了解决上述问题,文中建立了某型110 kV三相共体式GIS母线管的有限元模型,仿真研究了磁场及洛伦兹力分布,母线及罐体固有频率及该母线管的声振特性。研究结果表明:导体所受电磁力的频率为100 Hz,幅值在其自身电流达到峰值时最大,三相导体的受力在时域上相位相差120°;GIS罐体的振动特性主要表现为平行于地面的横向摆动,并且在该平面内具有较强的辐射声压。文中提出的三相共体式GIS的声振特性的仿真研究模型及方法可用于GIS设备声振特性的进一步研究。 Mechanical condition detection method on GIS through vibro -acoustic characteristics has received much attention. However, there is no research on its vibration mechanism and acoustic radiation. To solve these problems, this paper establishes a finite element model of busbar tube in 110 kV three-phase common?box GIS. The distribution of magnetic field and the electromagnetic force, natural frequency of GIS shell and busbar and its vibro-acoustic characteristics are investigated. The research results show that the frequency of electromagnetic force is 100 Hz with its amplitude being maximum when its current reaches peak value. The electromagnetic force of the three-phase conductors in time domain exists difference in angle with 120°from each other. The vibration characteristics of GIS can be mainly expressed as horizontal swing in the plane parallel to the ground, and there is strong radiation pressure in the plane. The simulation model and method in this paper can provide support for further investigation on vibro - acoustic characteristics of the GIS.
