摘要 高压直流输电在远距离大容量输电和电力系统联网方面具有明显的优势,它在中国西电东送和全国联网工程中起到重要的作用。直流隔离开关的技术要求相对交流隔离开关要严格的多,文中针对特高压直流输电工程的实际需要,从产品选型、触头结构、均压环设计、抗震分析等方面进行了深入探讨,对关键设计点提出了一些新的设计思路和观点。通过理论分析、试验验证以及工程应用,结果表明,双柱折叠插入式隔离开关更适合特高压直流输电工程长期通流及安全可靠运行需要。 HVDC transmission has obvious advantages in long-distance large-capacity transmission and power system networking. It plays an important role in China's West-East Power Transmission and National Networking Project. The technical requirements of DC disconnector are much stricter than AC disconnector. In this paper, the actual needs of UHV DC transmission engineering are discussed in depth, from product selection, contact structure, equalizing ring design, seismic analysis, etc. Key design points present some new design ideas and perspectives. According to the relevant national standards, the prototype test is carried out and the engineering application is obtained. Through theoretical analysis, experimental verification and engineering application, the results show that the doublecolumn folding plug-in disconnector is more suitable for long-term flow and safe and reliable operation of UHV DC transmission engineering.
