膀胱孤立性纤维瘤一例

One case of solitary fibrous tumor

孤立性纤维瘤是一种少见的梭形细胞肿瘤,多见于胸膜及纵膈,发生在膀胱罕见。本文报道1例膀胱孤立性纤维瘤介绍其临床诊疗经过。以期对临床诊治提供帮助。

Solitary fibroma is a rare spindle cell tumor. This article reports a case of bladder solitary fibroma to introduce its clinical diagnosis and treatment. The patient, male, 43 years old, was admitted to the hospital because of "discovery of gross hematuria for 2 days". CT scan suggested the space-occupying lesion of the bladder area. Pathological results showed the spindle cell tumor. Further immunohistochemistry suggested low-grade malignant solitary fiber tumor.
