基于现有数据源与超限检测站的现场调查,结合统计学中分层抽样原理,阐述了前期调查工作的样本量确定与有效样本筛选方法,提出了干线非收费公胳的运输量统计方法;考虑到调查数据的可操作性及客货运输处理与分析方法的不同,分别从客运、货运角度提出了运输量的统计方法。交通调查数据与治超检测数据的结合可以为普通公胳运输量统计提供一个准确的信息平台;依据最短路径分配折算的运输量指标有良好的可行性;借助治超点强制性氛围进行现场调查可保证样本质量。

The traffic volume statistics in main line of non-tolling highway is put forward based on existing da? ta sources and the on-site survey of transfinite check station as well as the principle of stratified sampling in statistics, the method of sample size determination and effective sample selection is expounded in the preliminary survey, and considering the operability of the survey data and different method of passenger and cargo transport processing and analysis, the statistical methods of traffic volume are proposed respectively from the aspects of the passenger and freight. The combination of the traffic survey data and the testing data of overload can provide an accurate information platform for common highway traffic volume statistics;It turns out that the index of traffic volume has good feasibility according to the shortest path allocation, and with the help of overtaking mandatory atmosphere, the sample quality is guaranteed as well.
