With the continuous development of network information technology, it has brought new opportunities for enterprises to participate in market competition, meanwhile also has given severe challenges to the traditional financial management. There are important issues at present how to better perfect the financial management system in the background of network economy, prevent network risks and promote the healthy and effective financial management. The risk of financial management under the network economy is analyzed in, and new ideas for the content of financial management innovation and countermeasures in the network environment are put forward in this paper.
