海绵城市建设理念在南方建成区中小河流黑臭水体整治中的实践

我国南方区域在社会经济快速发展的同时给建成区中小河流带来了较大负担,普遍出现水体黑臭的情况,而各地海绵城市的建设是为了缓解内涝,减少城市发展对水体生态的影响,这两者存在一定的交叉。人们在南方建成区中小河流黑臭水体整治过程中充分利用海绵城市建设理念,总结出治理黑臭水体的相关措施。论文阐述了黑臭水体整治的主要目标、基本原则,以及海绵城市建设与黑臭水体整治的主要关联,列举了几项海绵城市建设理念在南方建成区中小河流黑臭水体整治中的相关运用。

The rapid social and economic development in the southern region of our country has also brought a great burden to the small and medium-sized rivers in the built-up areas, and the black and smelly water bodies are common. The construction of sponge cities in various regions is aimed at alleviating waterlogging and reducing the ecological impact of urban development on water bodies. There is a certain intersection between the two. In the process of harnessing the black and smelly water bodies in the small and medium-sized rivers in the built-up areas of the south, the construction concept of sponge cities is fully utilized, and relevant measures for harnessing the black and smelly water bodies are summarized. This paper expounds the main objectives and basic principles of black and smelly water remediation,as well as the main connection between sponge city construction and black and smelly water remediation, and lists several related measures of sponge city construction concepts applied in the remediation of black and smelly water in small and medium-sized rivers in built-up areas in the south.
