摘要
为实现建筑业产业化、信息化和智能化的融合,通过分析装配式建筑的特点,结合BIM技术理念,构建装配式建筑的三维信息化模型,运用信息和通信技术等进行感测、分析、整合装配式建筑运行核心系统的各项关键信息,从而实现装配式建筑的智能化,引领建筑装配式建筑走向真正的以人文本、可持续发展之路,将装配式建筑的结构、服务和管理等根据业主和开发商的需求进行最优化组合,为业主提供一个高效、舒适、便利的人性化装配式建筑环境。
In order to realize the integration of industrialization, informationization and intellectualization of the construction industry, the3 d informatization model of prefabricated buildings is constructed by analyzing the characteristics of the precast concrete and combining the BIM technology concept, and the key information of the operation core system of the prefabricated building is sensed, analyzed and integrated by information and communication technology. So as to realize the intelligent of prefabricated construction, leads the prefabricated building to the road of real human-oriented and sustainable development, optimize the structure, service and management of prefabricated buildings according to the needs of owners and developers, so as to provide owners with an efficient, comfortable and convenient human-oriented prefabricated building environment.
