摘要
以银吴客运专线银川黄河特大桥引桥跨规划京藏高速连续梁三角挂篮悬臂施工和跨汉延渠连续梁菱形挂篮悬臂施工为研究对象,从挂篮施工流程、结构形式、受力分析、操作简便性和施工安全性等方面对三角、菱形2种挂篮结构形式进行对比分析。分析结果表明:2种施工方法施工流程及结构形式简单,施工便捷;相同外力作用下,2种施工方法立柱受力不同,三角形挂篮的受力是菱形挂篮的2倍,其他杆件受力相同,2种方法挂篮变形无明显差异;三角挂篮由于外力作用点较低,其整体稳定高于菱形挂篮,施工空间小于菱形挂篮,施工速度低于菱形挂篮。文中的分析结果可为2种施工方法选取提供借鉴。
The research object is the approach bridge of Yinchuan Yellow River bridge of YinWu passenger dedicated line, the continuous beam overpassing the planned Beijing-Tibet expressway adopts triangle hanging basket cantilever construction, the continuous beam overpassing Hanyan channel adopts rhomboid hanging basket cantilever construction. This paper makes a comparative analysis of two kinds of hanging basket structures from?the aspects of hanging basket construction process, structural form, stress analysis, simple operation and construction safety. The analysis results showed that the construction process and structure form of the two construction methods are simple and convenient;under the same external force, the columns of the two construction methods are under different forces. The force of the triangular hanging basket is twice that of the diamond hanging basket, and the force of other bars is the same, there was no significant difference in basket deformation between the two methods;Due to the low external force, the overall stability of triangular hanging basket is higher than that of diamond hanging basket, the construction space is less than that of diamond hanging basket, and the construction speed is lower than that of diamond hanging basket. The analysis results in this paper can provide reference for the selection of two construction methods.
