摘要
西北地区某污水处理厂工程总承包项目,采用EPC模式建设,涵盖设计、采购、施工、调试、试运行等全过程。论文依据项目实施情况分析了项目过程管理的重点,即施工质量、工程进度、成本控制分析、项目风险管理等。项目部在项目实施期间通过对管理重点的及时把控,有效降低项目实施风险,还应通过发挥EPC项目整体管理优势、加强施工分包招标管理、成本控制和有效沟通等措施,不断提升工程总承包项目管理能力,确保项目目标如期实现。
The general contracting project of a sewage treatment plant in northwest China adopts EPC mode. It covers the whole process of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and trial operation. Based on the project implementation, the paper analyzes the key points of project process management, including construction quality, project schedule, cost control analysis, project risk management, etc..During the project implementation, project department through the management of key control in time, effectively reduce the risk of project implementation. They should also take measures such as giving full play to the overall management advantages of the EPC project,strengthening the management of construction subcontracting bidding, cost control and effective communication to continuously improve the management ability of the general contracting project and ensure that the project objectives are achieved as scheduled.
