地下综合管廊PPP项目风险管理研究

Study on Risk Management of PPP Project of Underground Integrated Pipe Gallery

以城市地下综合管廊PPP项目面临的风险为研究对象,通过对相关文献的梳理,对综合管廊PPP模式进行界定,从综合管廊PPP项目全寿命周期的3个阶段对综合管廊PPP项目的风险进行了初步的识别,介绍了风险评价的常用方法并简述了风险分担的原则和方案,为综合管廊PPP模式今后的研究与实践提供一定参考。

Taking the risks of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor PPP project as the research object, this paper defines the PPP model of comprehensive pipe corridor by combing relevant literature. From the three stages of the full life cycle of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor PPP project, the risk of the project was identified preliminarily, the common methods of risk assessment were introduced, and the principles and schemes of risk sharing were briefly introduced, which provided some reference for the future research and practice of comprehensive pipe corridor PPP project.
