基于提高公路施工现场精细化管理的实践探讨

Practice Discussion on How to Improve Fine Management of Highway Construction Site

交通发展水平的不断进步,给人们提供了更多的出行选择,但不可忽视的是,公路出行仍是主流出行方式,公路施工质量的优劣也日渐受到关注。虽然越来越多的先进技术运用到公路施工中,但施工整体质量仍会受到多种因素影响,因而有必要做好公路施工现场的管理工作,以便促进整体施工质量的提升。论文从精细化管理内涵及公路施工现场管理现状2个方面出发,分析公路施工现场精细化管理的必要性,并结合工作经验,提出在公路施工现场加强精细化管理的几点关键举措,希望能为公路施工现场的管理实践工作提供一定参考。

The continuous progress of transportation development has provided people with more travel options, but it cannot be ignored that highway travel is still the mainstream way of travel, and the quality of highway construction is increasingly concerned. Although more and more advanced technologies are applied to highway construction, its overall construction quality will still be affected by various factors,so it is necessary to do a good job in the management of highway construction site in order to promote the overall construction quality. This paper analyzes the necessity of fine management of highway construction site from the connotation of fine management and the current situation of highway construction site management, and puts forward some key measures to strengthen fine management of highway construction site based on working experience, hoping to provide some reference for the management practice of highway construction site.
