不同水平壳聚糖对马驹生长性能、血清激素水平和肠道菌群的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究不同水平壳聚糖对马驹生长性能、血清激素水平和肠道菌群的影响。试验对象为6月龄断奶英纯血马驹36匹,随机分为对照组,试验1、2、3组,每组9匹马驹,试验组饲粮中添加壳聚糖,添加量分别为0.2%、0.5%、1.0%,试验期20 d。结果显示,相比于对照组,试验2、3组马驹平均日增重较对照组分别增加12.3%、11.1%(P<0.05),体增长分别提高12.3%、11.4%(P<0.05);试验2、3组血清中胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-1)的含量提高11.4%、12.4%,生长激素(GH)分别提高15.0%、18.3%(P<0.05);试验2、3组马驹肠道中大肠杆菌数量较对照组下降37.4%、19.1%(P<0.05),双歧杆菌数量分别增加18.5%、10.6%(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌分别增加31.7%、30.0%(P<0.05),而添加量为0.2%时对马驹各项指标影响不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,壳聚糖能够有效改善马驹生长性能、血清激素水平及肠道菌群,添加量为0.5%、1.0%时效果较好。 Effect of different levels of chitosan on serum hormone levels and intestinal flora in foals. 36 6-month-old weaning British pure blood foals, were divided into four groups randomly, namely control group, group 1, 2, 3, with 9 foals in each group. Test 1, 2, 3 groups were fed the basal diet, supplemented with the 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0% chitosan. Compared with control, the average daily weight gain of foals in group 1 and 2 increased by 12.3% and 11.1%(P<0.05), and the body growth increased by 12.3% and 11.4%(P<0.05). The serum levels of insulin growth factor 1(IGF-1) were increased by11.4%, 12.4%, and growth hormone(GH) were increased by 15.0% and 18.3%, respectively(P<0.05). Besides, the number of E. coli in the intestines of foals in the group 2 and 3 decreased by 37.4% and 19.1%(P<0.05), the number of bifido bacterium increased by 18.5% and 10.6%(P<0.05), the number of Lactobacillus increased by 31.7% and 30.0%(P<0.05).Chitosan can effectively improve the serum hormone level, growth performance and intestinal flora of foal, with 0.5% and1.0% added.
