摘要
目的镁作为神经元突触的内源性钙通道拮抗剂,被认为可以防止过度激活兴奋性氨基酸对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体的影响,阻止钙离子内流从而防止神经元凋亡;另一方面镁可以下调促炎症因子水平。鉴于镁对神经系统的重要功能,本文对镁离子在新生儿及儿童神级系统疾病中的神经保护作用作一综述。
Magnesium, an endogenous calcium channel antagonist of neuronal synapses, is considered as that it could prevent the influence of excessive activation of excitatory amino acids on N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors, and stop calcium influx so as to prevent neurons apoptosis;on the other hand, magnesium can down-regulate the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines. For its important function to the nervous system, this article reviews the neuroprotective effects of magnesium ions on preterm infants and children with neurological diseases.
