Effect of maximum body weight on early-phase insulin secretion of type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的分析最大体质量对2型糖尿病(T2DM)早期相胰岛素分泌的影响。方法收集2016年1月至2017年1月郑州人民医院收治的651例T2DM患者,详细询问病史,测量临床及生化指标,分析最大体质量对早期相胰岛素分泌的影响。结果病程(r=-0.167,P=0.003)、最大体质量距今时间(r=-0.145,P=0.013)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(r=-0.232,P=0.000)及空腹血糖(r=-0.306,P=0.000)与胰岛素早期相分泌呈负相关,体质指数(BMI)(r=0.182,P=0.001)、最大BMI(r=0.196,P=0.000)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(r=0.191,P=0.025)与早期相呈正相关。多元线性回归提示最大BMI(t=2.759,P=0.007)是早期相胰岛素分泌的独立相关因素。结论最大BMI持续影响T2DM的早期相胰岛素分泌水平。 Objective To analyze the effect of maximum body weight on early-phase insulin secretion of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 651 patients with T2DM in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were collected to record their disease history and measure the biochemical indicators. And the effects of maximum body weight on early-phase insulin secretion were measured. Results The course of disease (r=-0.167, P=0.003), the time from losing heaviest body weight to now (r=-0.145, P=0.013), HbA1c (r=-0.232, P=0.000) and fasting blood-glucose (r=-0.306, P=0.000) were negatively correlated with the early-phase insulin secretion, and body mass index (BMI)(r=0.182, P=0.001), max BMI(r=0.196, P=0.000) and LDL-C(r=0.191, P=0.025) were positively correlated with the early phase insulin secretion. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the max BMI(t=2.759, P=0.007) was an independent correlation factor of insulin secretion in the early phase. Conclusions The max BMI continuously affects the early-phase insulin secretion of T2DM.
