牙周牙髓综合治疗逆行性牙髓炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of comprehensive periodontal endodontic treatment on retrograde pulpitis

目的探讨牙周牙髓综合治疗逆行性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年1月在运城市中心医院就诊的逆行性牙髓炎患者84例,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用根管内封药治疗,观察组采用牙周牙髓综合治疗,对比两组炎症因子水平、松动度评分、叩痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后松动度评分及叩痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组随访期间不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙周牙髓综合治疗可有效减轻逆行性牙髓炎患者的炎症反应,降低牙齿松动程度及叩痛程度,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of periodontal endodontics on retrograde pulpitis. Methods Eighty-four cases of retrograde pulpitis in the Central Hospital of Yuncheng from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with root canal sealing, and the observation group was treated with periodontal pulp comprehensive treatment. The levels of inflammatory factors, the scores of looseness, the scores of pain and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The score of looseness and the pain score of the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the follow-up period (P>0.05). Conclusions The comprehensive treatment of periodontal endodonti can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of the patients with retrograde pulpitis, reduce the degree of tooth loosening and the degree of pain, without increasing the adverse reaction.
