替吉奥联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌的效果及对患者肿瘤标志物的影响

Clinical effect of teysuno combined with apatinib on advanced gastric cancer and its influence on tumor markers

目的探讨替吉奥结合阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果及对患者肿瘤标志物的影响。方法将2016年1月至2017年10月广东省中西医结合医院收治的68例晚期胃癌患者按随机数表法分为两组,每组34例。对照组单用替吉奥治疗,观察组给予替吉奥联合阿帕替尼治疗,比较两组近期疗效、肿瘤标志物[CA199、CA242、癌胚抗原(CEA)]以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总缓解率、不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CA199、CA242、CEA水平均低于治疗前与对照组(P均<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌疗效确切,可明显降低患者肿瘤标志物水平,但其不良反应较多,临床在应用时应慎重选择。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of teysuno combined with apatinib on advanced gastric cancer and its influence on tumor markers. Methods Sixty-eight patients with advanced gastric cancer in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given teysuno, while the patients in the observation group were treated with teysuno combined with apatinib. The short-term efficacy, tumor markers[CA199, CA242, carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA)], and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total relief rate and incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CA199, CA242, CEA in observation group were lower than those before treatment and control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Teysuno combined with apatinib is effective on advanced gastric cancer, which can decrease the levels of tumor markers, but it has more adverse reactions, so it should be carefully selected in the clinical application.
