海水胁迫对黄秋葵光合及抗氧化生理特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用不同浓度海水处理黄秋葵幼苗,测定其叶绿素含量、光合和抗氧化指标,研究在海水胁迫下黄秋葵高光效和抗氧化生理特性。结果显示,在低浓度海水(0~20%)胁迫下,黄秋葵能保持较高的叶绿素含量和净光合速率(Pn),随着海水浓度的增加,黄秋葵气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)降低,Pn下降,减少了对CO2的利用,进而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)升高。低浓度海水(0~20%)胁迫下,黄秋葵抗氧化系统保护酶超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性相应提高,但丙二醛浓度升高并不显著;同时可溶性糖、蛋白和脯氨酸含量显著提高。本研究为筛选适应海涂、滩涂地区种植的经济作物提供借鉴。 The chlorophyll content, photosynthesis and antioxidant index of okra seedlings were measured in different seawater concentrations. The high light efficiency and and antioxidant physiological characteristics of anemone were studied under sea water stress. The results showed that under the low concentration seawater treatment(0~20%), the high chlorophyll contents and net photosynthesis rate(Pn) could be maintained, while with the increase of seawater concentration, stomatal conductivity(Gs), transpiration rate(Tr) and Pn decreased, reduced the utilization of CO2, resulting in the increase of intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci). At low concentration seawater stress(0~20%) superxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase in the antioxidant system of Okra increased significantly and the MDA contents increased slowly. Meanwhile, the contents of soluble sugar, protein and proline increased significantly. The study would provide the references for the selection of cash crops suitable for coastal and tidal flat areas.
