Sextant微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗中老年脊柱骨折效果观察

Therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation on middle and aged spinal fractures

目的观察Sextant微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗中老年脊柱骨折的效果。方法将2017年1月至12月98例中老年脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组49例。对照组接受开放内固定手术治疗,观察组行Sextant微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定手术。观察两组围术期指标、手术前后疼痛程度、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组ODI、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);术后与对照组比较,观察组ODI、VAS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sextant微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定手术为中老年脊柱骨折治疗中一种安全、有效、微创术式,利于缩短患者住院时间,降低疼痛程度,减少并发症,促进椎体生理功能恢复。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation on middle and elderly spinal fractures.Methods A total of 98 middle-aged and elderly patients with spinal fractures treated from January to December 2017 were studied. The 49 patients in control group was treated with open internal fixation and 49 cases in the observation group was treated with Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation. The perioperative indicators, pain degree before and after surgery, Oswestry functional impairment index(ODI) and complications were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss and complication rate in the observation group were relatively low, with significant differences(P<0.05). The comparison of ODI and VAS in the two groups before surgery showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the ODI and VAS scores in the observation group were lower after operation, with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation is a safe, effective and minimally invasive surgical procedure for the treatment of middle and elderly patients with spinal fracture.
