阿立哌唑和奥氮平治疗精神分裂症阳性症状患者的疗效及对患者糖脂代谢的影响比较

Comparison of the effects of aripiprazole and olanzapine on clinical efficacy and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with positive symptoms of schizophrenia

目的比较阿立哌唑和奥氮平对精神分裂症阳性症状患者临床疗效及糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月60例精神分裂症阳性症状患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,观察组给予阿立哌唑治疗,对照组给予奥氮平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、糖脂代谢水平、体质量及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组总有效率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油及体质量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总不良反应率为33.33%,显著高于对照组的10.0%(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的均疗效确切,阿立哌唑对糖脂代谢的影响影响较小,但不良反应发生率较高;奥氮平不良反应较少,但对糖脂代谢的影响影响较大。

Objective To compare the effects of aripiprazole and olanzapine on clinical efficacy and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with positive symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients with positive symptoms of schizophrenia admitted from October 2017 to October 1818 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30). The observation group was given aripiprazole and the control group was given olanzapine. The clinical efficacy, glucose and lipid metabolism levels, body weight and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) and body weight of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. There were no significant differences between the two groups,in high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) or low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)(P>0.05). The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 33.33%, which was significantly higher than that(10.0%) of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The efficacy of aripiprazole and olanzapine on schizophrenia is exact. Aripiprazole has little effect on the metabolism of glycolipids, but the incidence of adverse reactions is higher;olanzapine has fewer adverse reactions, but the effect on glycolipid metabolism is greatly affected.
