摘要
对JJ-4特种有机填料进行了分析,并通过和锐钛型钛白粉作填料对比,研究了其不同添加量对纸张性能诸如白度、不透明度、松厚度等性能的影响。结果表明,与锐钛型钛白粉作填料相比,JJ-4特种有机填料可显著提高纸张松厚度和不透明度,能提高纸张白度,添加量小于15%(占绝干浆的质量分数)时,对纸张强度性能的影响相对较小。JJ-4特种有机填料可作为造纸填料使用,在一定程度上可以作为锐钛型钛白粉的替代品使用。
The special organic filler JJ-4 was analyzed and compared with anatase titanium dioxide. The effects of different additions on paper properties such as whiteness, opacity and bulk were studied. The results showed that compared with anatase titanium dioxide, JJ.4 special organic filler could significantly improve the bulk, opacityand the whiteness of paper. When the addition of JJ-4 was less than 15%, the effect on the strength of paper was relatively small. JJ.4 special organic filler can be used as paper filler, and can also be used as an alternative to anatase titanium dioxide in a certain amount.
