西藏自治区林芝市2006—2017年水痘流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Nyingchi city of Tibet Autonomous Region, 2006-2017

目的了解西藏自治区林芝市2006—2017年水痘流行特征,为西藏自治区推行水痘疫苗接种提供参考依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对林芝市2006—2017年水痘疫情资料进行分析。结果林芝市2006—2017年报告1440例水痘病例,无死亡病例,年均发病率为60.22/10万,其中2016年发病率最高(153.85/10万),全年各月份均有发病;各县区均有病例分布,以巴宜区、朗县和米林县为主;病例年龄集中在7~24岁之间,职业以学生为主。12年间累计报告57起水痘突发公共卫生事件,占学校公共卫生突发事件数的25.91%(57/220)。结论近年来,林芝市水痘疫情形势较为严峻,应尽快将水痘疫苗纳入儿童免疫规划。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Nyingchi city from 2006 to 2017, so as to provide reference for the implementation of varicella vaccination in Tibet Autonomous Region. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze data of varicella outbreaks in Nyingchi city from 2006 to 2017. Results A total of 1 440 varicella cases were reported from 2006 to 2017. There was no death case reported. The average annual incidence was 60.22/100 000. The highest number of cases was in 2016. There were case reports in every month and in every county or region, mainly in Bayi district, Nang county and Mainling county. The ages of the cases ranged 7-25 years old. For occupational distribution, the cases were mainly students. There were 57 public health emergency events caused by varicella, accounting for 25.91% of all public health emergencies in schools (57/220). Conclusions The prevention and control status of varicella in Nyingchi city was still critical in recent years. Varicella vaccine should be enrolled in the children's immunization program as soon as possible.
