辉瑞酶化学奖是酶学领域唯一的专业奖项,迄今为止已有76位科学家获奖。分析了70余年中,辉瑞酶化学奖的整体情况,研究发现,获奖者的机构分布早期呈现集聚特点,女性获奖比例在2000年以后明显提升。此外,9位诺贝尔奖得主在获诺奖之前,都曾获得过辉瑞酶化学奖,辉瑞酶化学奖更是其中5位诺奖得主科研生涯的第一个学术奖励。

The Pfizer Award in Enzyme Chemistry is the only professional award in the field of enzymology, and the winners so far include76 scientists.
