Industrial Transformation and Upgrading of the Characteristic Towns——Development Guidance and Case Analysis of the Characteristic Towns

特色小镇是近年来浙江省的发展建设重点之一,是浙江省结合产城人文四大要素的功能平台。从浙江省历年来产业转型升级的历史角度出发,分析现有的特色小镇案例,挖掘浙江省产业升级的内在逻辑;并分别从人本主义、空间功能、产业发展、产业链条与均衡发展五个不同角度提出“从物到人”“从分到合”“从外到内”“从后到前”“从一到多”的浙江省特色小镇产业转型升级的本质内涵。最后,对特色小镇的发展提出了一定指导意见。

Construction of the Characteristic towns was one of the important missions in Zhejiang Province in recent years. These Characteristic towns were the important functional platform for Zhejiang Province to form an organic combination of “production, city, people and culture”. From the point of view of industrial transformation and upgrading, this paper analyzed the existing cases of the characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province, learning the internal logic of industrial upgrading in Zhejiang Province, from five different perspectives of humanism, spatial function, industrial development, industrial chain and balanced development, put forward "from material to human""from division to integration""from outside to inside""from back to front " and "from one to many". These were the essential connotations of industrial transformation and upgrading in small towns with provincial characteristics. In the end, this paper put forward some suggestions for the development of the characteristic towns.
