浅议历史文化街区的更新改造

随着城市化进程由增置向存量的转变,越来越多的人开始注重对城市历史文脉的挖掘。历史文化街区作为一个遗迹众多、能完整地体现传统风貌和地域特色的区域,往往是一座城市历史记忆的凝聚点。对历史文化街区的更新改造不仅有利于唤醒居民的历史记忆,更能有效彰显城市特色形象。文章以武汉昙华林街区为例,着重分析了其历史文化价值,通过对现状环境条件、产业发展态势、规划实施情况的分析评估以及对现状问题的深入剖析,进一步探索复兴历史文化街区的城市更新改造策略,为历史文化街区的保护与发展提供参考。

With the change of urbanization process from increment to stock,more and more people begin to pay attention to the excavation of urban historical context.Historic and cultural blocks,as a region with numerous relics,can fully reflect the traditional features and regional characteristics,are often the cohesive points of a city's historical memory.Renewal and transformation of historical and cultural blocks is not only conducive to awakening the historical memory of residents,but also can effectively highlight the image of the city's characteristics.This paper takes the Tanhualin block in Wuhan as an example,emphatically analyses its historical and cultural value.Through the analysis and evaluation of the current environmental conditions,industrial development situation,planning implementation and the in-depth analysis of the current situation,it further explores the urban renewal and transformation strategy of revitalizing historical and cultural blocks,and provides a reference for the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks.
