我国正面临着日益严重的老龄化问题,与此同时,商品房的大量出现,“新住宅”是老年人居住生活的最主要部分,所以“新住宅”的适老化改造显得越来越重要。文章主要针对“新住宅”提出适老化整合改造方法的分析。文章首先对目前“新住宅”中在空间方面适老化设计现状问题按空间分类进行分析,然后提出适老化空间整合改造措施。带着对老年人的尊重与关爱与改造,努力营造一个温馨舒适的老年生活环境。
