基于空间形态特征的小城镇城市设计策略

Urban Design Strategy Based on Spatial Morphological Features

以发掘陕北佳县城市固有空间特色为目标,针对佳县建成区进行实态调查,试图通过对该城镇固有空间特征进行解析,推导城镇城市空间控制策略。在城镇整体空间层面解析山、水、城空间构架特征,归纳土地属性、景观体系和城镇天际线的空间特征。在城镇街区层面解析空间肌理、公共空间以及建筑尺度的特征。在归纳城镇空间特征的基础上提出适宜的空间控制策略:第一,整体空间构架层面保持原有空间互动关系,强化自然山水与城镇的空间格局;第二,城镇的局部地段进行空间修复,保持传统建筑空间风貌;第三,城镇历史性建筑遗址周边地段,严格控制街区空间的尺度及比例关系。

Aiming at exploring the inherent spatial characteristics of Jiaxian county in northern Shaanxi province, this paper conducts a real investigation on the built-up area of Jiaxian county, and attempts to analyze the inherent spatial characteristics of the town and deduce the urban spatial control strategy. According to the analyzation of the typic form of the mountain, the water and the urban spatial framework from the overall spatial level of the town, the spatial characteristics of land properties, landscape system and urban skyline could be summarized. Analyzing the characteristics of spatial texture, public space and architectural scale at the level of urban blocks, some appropriate spatial control strategies can be put forward on the basis of summarizing the spatial characteristics of cities and towns. Firstly, the original spatial interaction on the overall spatial framework level and the natural landscape and urban spatial pattern must be strengthened. Secondly, local sections of cities and towns should be restored to maintain the spatial features of traditional buildings. Thirdly , there supposed to be a strict control on the scale and proportion of block space in the surrounding areas of historic sites.
