白藜芦醇软膏治疗病理性瘢痕34例临床观察

Clinical effect of resveratrol ointment in treatment of pathological scar: An analysis of 34 cases

目的:观察白藜芦醇软膏治疗病理性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:将68例病理性瘢痕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。治疗组外用白藜芦醇软膏治疗,对照组外用美宝疤痕软膏治疗,分别于皮肤瘢痕部位外涂,每天早晚各涂1次,疗程为90d。2组治疗前后均进行温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分,评定临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为87. 75%,对照组为68. 08%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组VSS评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:白藜芦醇软膏有较好的祛除瘢痕作用,未发现任何不良反应,不失为一种安全有效的祛瘢产品。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of resveratrol ointment in the treatment of pathological scar. Methods: A total of 68 patients with pathological scar were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given external application of resveratrol ointment on scars,and those in the control group were given external application of MEBO scar ointment,once in the morning and once in the evening every day. The course of treatment was 90 days for both groups. Vancouver Scar Scale( VSS) score was determined before and after treatment to evaluate clinical response. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group( 87. 75% vs 68. 08%,P < 0. 05). Both groups had a significant change in VSS score after treatment,and there was a significant difference in VSS score between the two groups after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Resveratrol ointment has a good effect in eliminating scars,with few adverse effects,and therefore,it is a safe and effective product for the treatment of scars.
