本文主要分为三部分,第一部分分析三沙市旅游发展现状和主要存在的问题;第二部分主要分析国际海洋海岛旅游成功经验;第三部分是在中国特色海南自由贸易区(港)建设下对三沙市旅游发展提出对策建议,从产品开发、营销模式、环境保护、平台建设等方面提出有针对性的可操作建议。

This article is divided into three parts, the first part analyzes the tourism development of Sansha City and the main existing problems;The second part is the successful experience of international ocean isiand tourism. The third part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the tourism development of sansha city under the construction of Hainan free trade Zone (port) with Chinese characteristics, and puts forward some feasible suggestions from the aspects of product development, marketing mode, environmental protection and platform construction.
