宁波化工产业集聚度测算及创新能力提升研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文选取2007-2016年宁波市化工产业五个细分行业样本数据,采用区位熵指数和空间基尼系数,对宁波化工产业集聚度进行测算。研究发现,石油加工、炼焦和核燃料加工业等资源禀赋性行业的集聚度较高,且呈波动上升趋势;橡胶制品等行业集聚度低。并对宁波化工产业集聚度的影响因素进行了VAR实证检验,研究发现港口物流和就业结构对宁波化工产业集聚促进作用明显,而科研技术投入对产业集聚的影响不显著。最后,基于实证研究结论,对如何提升宁波化工产业创新能力,提出了相关政策建议。 Sample data of five subsectors of ningbo chemical industry from 2007 to 2016 were selected, and location entropy index and spatial gini coefficient were used to calculate the agglomeration degree of ningbo chemical industry. It is found that resource endowment industries such as petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing are highly concentrated and show a fluctuating upward trend. Rubber products and other industries low concentration. VAR empirical test was conducted on the influencing factors of industrial agglomeration degree of ningbo chemical industry. It was found that port logistics and employment structure played an obvious role in promoting industrial agglomeration of ningbo chemical industry, while the influence of scientific research and technology investment on industrial agglomeration was not significant. Finally, based on the empirical research conclusions, this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions on how to improve the innovation ability of ningbo chemical industry.
