摘要 知识扮演着越来越重要的角色,知识共享已经成为企业知识管理的主要内容。在知识管理视角下,大部分研究落脚于分析知识共享效果的影响因素以及知识共享和合理化管理对各个机构或组织内部的技术交流的推动作用。本文梳理了知识场背景下以往关于企业内部机构知识共享运行机制研究,以期为今后的实证计量分析奠定基础。 Knowledge is playing an important role in the knowledge economic era, knowledge sharing has been the main content of enterprise knowledge management. From the perspective of knowledge management, most study focuses on the influencing factors of knowledge sharing, the impetus of knowledge sharing and rational management to the technical exchange in an organization. This paper makes a literature review on the operational mechanism of knowledge sharing within enterprises under the background of knowledge field, which is laying a foundation for the empirical econometric analysis in the future.
