摘要 传统的重介质旋流器工作时,内部存在一个不断摆动的空气柱,影响分选精度并消耗大量能量,从根本上限制了旋流器技术向低能耗、高效化发展。利用Fluent软件对一种新型两产品重介质旋流器的压力场、密度场、三维速度场和流体运动轨迹进行了数值模拟,从理论上分析该新型重介质旋流器实现矿物分选的可能性。结果表明:由CFD软件给出的流体流动的细节,如压力场、速度场、密度分布等特性均符合流场分布规律,后续的试验也证明了该新型重介质旋流器可以实现矿物的有效分选,且弱化了空气柱带来的不利影响,降低了能耗。 Aiming at the deficiencies of traditional heavy-medium cyclone,due to the existence of a constantly oscillating air column inside,which not only affects the sorting accuracy but also consumes a lot of energy, a new-type cyclone was developed. In this paper,the pressure field,the density distribution,the three-dimensional velocity field and the flow trajectory of the new two-product heavy medium cyclone are numerically simulated by FLUENT software,and the possibility of realizing the mineral separation by this new type cyclone is theoretically analyzed. The results show that the details of the fluid flow given by the CFD software, such as the pressure field, velocity field, and density distribution, conform to the distribution law of the flow field. Subsequent experiments have also proved that the new type of heavy medium cyclone can achieve effective separation of minerals and weaken the adverse effects of air columns and reduce energy consumption.
