含有害性物料的口服固体制剂车间设计对策分析

Analysis of Design Methods for Workshop Producing OSD with Hazardous Substances

针对含高活性、高致敏性、高毒性等有害性物料的口服固体制剂车间设计中存在的问题,分析了相关对策,包括分区布局设计思路,以及空调净化、无尘化等方面,有效解决了由于有害性物料粉尘的扩散、吸入、外泄而导致的药品交叉污染、员工健康受损、环境污染等问题。并以具体的平面布局图案例加以分析。

For the issues of high activeness and high sensitization in toxic substances involved in the design of OSD workshop, in this article, some relative policies, including aspects of area dividing, air-conditioner cleaning and dust-free, were analyzed and exampled with some planar drawing. Theoccurrences of drugs cross contamination, human health damage and environment pollution, due to the Leakage, pervasion and inhalation of toxic or hazardous substances, were then effectively protected.
