悬臂柱塞式挤条机消除振动的找正方法

摘要 悬臂柱塞式挤条机,作为催化剂挤出成型专用加工设备,因其悬臂较长和较大的载荷,存在带料加工时易振动的情况。通过实际维修中发现的问题,提出了具体解决办法并对两种办法进行了比较,即对缸筒进行找正和对拉臂的修正。实践证明两种办法均取得了较好的效果,对消除悬臂柱塞式挤条机振动有指导作用。 Cantilever plunger extruder, as a special processing equipment for catalystextrusionmolding, is easily vibrated in strip processing because of its long cantilever and heavy loading. In this paper, through the problems found in the actual maintenance, the specific solutions werepresented,in which two solutions were compared from the aspects ofaligning the cylinder and correctingthe arm.From the practice it was proved that with any of two methods good results can be achieved.The conclusion is usefulin guidancefor the elimination of vibration occurred in cantilever plunger extruder.
