2017年下半年以来,"印太"逐步从概念变成了美国的一项战略,以替代奥巴马时期的"亚太再平衡"。"印太战略"以"自由开放"为口号,主要目标是遏制与防范中国在印太地区日益上升的影响力。但印度按自己的利益塑造"印太",希望通过"印太"提升自己的战略地位,不希望"印太"是一个排他性的集团。迎合美国的"印太战略"可能导致地区对抗和冲突,破坏印度发展的国际环境,损害印度与中俄的关系和战略自主。
Since the second half of 2017, "Indo-Pacific" has gradually changed from a concept to a US strategy replacing the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" of the Obama era. The "Indo-Pacific Strategy" is under the banner of "freedom and opening", with an objective to contain and prevent China’s growing influence in the Indian-Pacific region. However, India has shaped "Indo-Pacific" in its own interests and thus hopes to enhance its strategic position. It does not want "Indo-Pacific" to be an exclusive group. The "Indo-Pacific Strategy" catering to need of the US may lead to regional confrontation and conflict, undermine the international environment for India’s development, and harm India’s relations with China and Russia and its strategic autonomy.
