益肾汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症

Kidney-nourishing Decoction Combined with Gestrinone in Treating Endometriosis

目的:观察益肾汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法:将子宫内膜异位症患者240例随机分为治疗组、对照组各120例。2组均口服孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服益肾汤,连续服用12周后观察2组疗效。结果:2组患者治疗后临床症状明显改善,有效率治疗组为94.2%,高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05);盆腔疼痛下降幅度治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组卵泡发育成长情况优于对照组(P<0.05);血清激素水平下降治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);糖类抗原125(CA125)含量2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效优于单纯孕三烯酮治疗。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of kidney-nourishing decoction combined with gestrinone in treating endometriosis. Methods: All 240 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups took gestrinone capsules, the treatment group took kidney-nourishing decoction for 12 consecutive weeks, to observe clinical effects. Results: After treating, clinical symptoms of both groups improved obviously, the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.2%, higher than 76.7% of the control group (P<0.05);the treatment group was higher than the control group in the decrease of pain (P<0.05);the treatment group was superior to the control group in the conditions of follicular development (P<0.05);the treatment group was higher than the control group in the decrease of hormone (P<0.05);no difference was found in the detection of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) between both groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Kidney-nourishing decoction combined with gestrinone in treating endometriosis is superior to only gestrinone.
