丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪对不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI治疗术后的影响研究

Study about the Influence of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection Combined with Trimetazidine on Patients with Unstable Angina after PCI Treatment

目的:探究丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪对不稳定型心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后的影响。方法:选取2016年5月～2018年5月我院收治的46例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机单盲法分为治疗组和对照组,每组23例。两组均给予口服曲美他嗪和PCI手术治疗;在此基础上,治疗组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液。治疗3个月后,观察比较两组患者的血清hs-CRP、BNP、LDH、CK-MB水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.96%,高于对照组的65.22%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后,治疗组的血清hs-CRP、BNP、LDH和CK-MB水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪有助于减轻不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后心肌损伤,改善其临床症状,较单纯应用曲美他嗪疗效高。

Objective: To investigate the influence of danshen l igustrazine injection combined with trimetazidine on patients with unstable angina after percutaneous coronary intervention treatment. Methods: From May 2016 to May 2018, 46 patients with unstable angina in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by single blind method, with 23 cases each group. Both groups were given trimetazidine and PCI treatment. On this basis, the treatment group was given danshen ligustrazine injection. After 3 months of treatment, observed and compared the levels of serum hs-CRP, B-type natriuretic peptide LDH and CK-MB of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.96%, higher than 65.22% of the control group, with statistical significance, P<0.05;after treatment, the serum hs-CRP, BNP, LDH and CK-MB levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: Danshen ligustrazine injection combined with trimetazidine can alleviate myocardial injury and improve clinical symptoms in patients with unstable angina after PCI treatment, which is more dependent than trimetazidine alone.
