摘要
"隔代教育"已成为极具中国特色的教育现象。从服务设计的视角,以锦丽居为样本,以社区书店为载体,探索祖孙同乐的隔代教育服务模式。研究了高知老人、守旧老人、追新老人与好学儿童、好奇儿童、好玩儿童之间的互动关系和服务触点,确立了知识小课堂、益智游戏、图书共享、书籍销售四个服务模块,进而提出面向隔代教育的社区书店空间概念设计和服务模式设计,从而发挥社区书店的公共效能,为隔代教育服务体系提供有效支撑。
"Generation-Skipping Education(GSE)" has become a common educational phenomenon with Chinese characteristics. Based on service design, this paper takes Jinliju community in Guangzhou city as an example to explore the intergenerational education service models between grandparents and grandchildren within the community bookstore. This paper studied interaction correlation and service touchpoints between 3 kinds of the elder: the knowledgeable, the conservative, the fashionable, and 3 kinds of children: the studious,the curious, the playful. By establishing such service modules as tips class, puzzle game, book sharing and book sales, this paper further discussed the space concept design and service pattern design of community bookstore for GSE, which will enable the public effectiveness of the community bookstore, and support future service system for GES.
