摘要 介绍了制备高固含量低粘度水性聚氨酯(WPU)的技术难点。阐述了WPU预聚体的相反转原理,分析了预聚体的原料特性和工艺条件对相反转及相反转点的影响;从水合层的角度.分析了水合层厚度对WPU固含量的影响;另外.探讨了乳胶粒子的大小和空间堆积密度对高固含量低粘度WPU的影响。最后,对高固含量低粘度WPU下一步的研究工作做出了展望。 The technical difficulties in preparing high solid content waterborne polyurethane ( WPU) with low viscosity have been discussed in this article. The phase inversion principle of WPU prepolymers was expounded, and the influence of material characteristics and process conditions of prepolymer on phase inversion and phase inversion point were analyzed. From the perspective of hydration layer, the influence of the hydration layer thickness on the solid content of WPU was discussed. In addition, the influence of the size and space density of latex particles on high solid content WPU with low viscosity was discussed. Finally, the future research work of high solid content WPU with low viscosity was prospected.
