摘要
分子量及分子量分布影响聚合物材料加工和使用性能?是最重要和最基本的参量。因此?表征聚合物材料的分子量及分子量分布是分析其性能的关键?而凝胶渗透色谱是测定聚合物分子量及分子量分布最有效的工具。本文介绍了凝胶渗透色谱的分离机理以及分子量的标定和校准,综述了近年来凝胶渗透色谱在聚合物材料表征中的应用研究,包括共聚物的组成、聚合物的支化程度、聚合物中的小分子分析以及聚合物的老化等方面的分析表征.展望了凝胶渗透色谱测试技术的发展趋势。
Molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are the most important and basic parameters that affect the processing and service properties of polymer materials. Therefore, Characterization of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polymer materials are the key to the analysis of their properties, and gel permeation chromatography is the most effective tool for the determination of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polymers. In this paper, the separation mechanism and molecular weight calibration of gel permeation chromatography are introduced. The application of gel permeation chromatography in characterization of polymer materials in recent years are reviewed, in eluding the composition of copolymer, the degree of branched polymer, the low molecular conte nt of polymer and the degradation of polymer. The future trend of gel permeation chromatography is also prospected.
