摘要
简述了阻燃粘胶纤维的生产工艺和应用领域。阐述了粘胶纤维用阻燃剂的阻燃机理.详细介绍了各类阻燃剂的发展状况,并客观评价了各种阻燃剂的优缺点及未来发展趋势。在此基础上,通过分析相关文献.得出了不同阻燃工艺各自的技术特点和优势.指出目前三种阻燃工艺仍然存在的问题,并针对存在的问题采用多技术协同创新思维进行了阻燃工艺的设计,最后对阻燃粘胶纤维的发展前景和其未来可能的发展方向进行了精炼概述。
In order to promote the application and rapid development of flame retardant viscose fiber, the production technology and application field of flame retardant viscose fiber and fire-retardant mechanism of flame retardant are introduced. The development of flame retardants is described in detail and their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated objectively. On this basis, the technical characteristics of the different flame retardant technology are emphatically analyzed, and the existing problems of the three flame-retardant processes are put forward. In view of the existing problems, it is suggested that the idea of multi-technology collaborative innovation should be adopted to design the flameretardant processes. Finally? the development prospect of flame retardant viscose fiber and the important contents on preparation of flame retardant are summarized.
