摘要 以西安环球贸易中心塔楼核心筒施工为背景,对核心筒内筒顶模大平台模架体系技术特点、组成部分、施工过程、液压顶升原理进行介绍;对核心筒结构特点及其相应施工问题、处理措施进行分析;对SCP顶模大平台体系关键技术参数进行归纳。顶模大平台体系通过自提升机构进行液压顶升,其上+2层平台设有混凝土布料机,简化核心筒剪力墙竖向结构施工过程。整套模架系统可提高超高层核心筒施工装配化程度,缩短施工工期并提高核心筒混凝土施工的安全性。 Taking the construction of core tube of 300 m high tower building of Xi’an International Trade Center as the background, this paper firstly introduces the technical characteristics, components,construction process and hydraulic lifting principle of the formwork system of large platform with inner core tube jacking formwork,then analyses the structural characteristics of core tube and its corresponding construction problems and treatment measures,and summarizes the key technical parameters of SCP large platform system with jacking formwork. The jacking formwork platform system is lifted hydraulically by self-lifting mechanism,and the concrete distributor is installed on the platform with + 2 floors,which simplifies the construction process of the vertical structure of the core tube shear wall. The whole formwork system improves the assembly degree of super high-rise core tube construction,shortens the construction period and improves the safety of core tube concrete construction.
