摘要
针对北京大兴国际机场航站楼核心区屋盖钢结构超长超宽超大平面、体量巨大,结构新颖、造型复杂、位形控制要求高,支撑体系简洁多样、内部空间超大的特点,施工过程中创新提出超大平面复杂空间曲面钢结构施工设计与控制方法,优化结构施工过程受力,采用"分区安装,分区卸载,变形协调,总体合龙"的整体部署,综合开发应用自由曲面空间网格钢结构分块累积提升施工技术、大尺度高落差倾斜翻转提升技术、巨型格构复杂C型柱加工制造及免支撑安装技术、钢构件数字化预拼装与数字化管理平台技术,完成超大平面复杂空间曲面钢网格结构屋盖安装。
In view of the characteristics of super-long,super-wide and super-large plan,huge volume,novel structure,complex shape,high requirement for shape control,concise and diverse support system and super-large internal space of the steel roof structure in the core area of Beijing Daxing International Airport Terminal Building,the construction design and construction control method of super-large plan complex space curved surface steel structure are innovatively put forward in the construction process,and the construction process force is optimized. The overall deployment of zoning instatlation, zoningunloading,deformation coordination and overall closure is applied. The construction technology of free-form surface space grid steel structure block cumulative lifting,large-scale high-drop inclined overturning lifting technology,manufacturing and support-free installation technology of huge lattice complex Cshaped column,digital pre-assembly of steel components and digital management platform technology are comprehensively developed and applied to complete the installation of super-large planar complex space surface steel grid structure roof,and good society and society are achieved.
