摘要
以广州白云国际机场扩建工程二号航站楼西指廊为工程背景,其正放四角锥焊接球网架结构大部分网架呈拱状,在拐角处呈双向弯曲状。针对该结构拼装定位难度大、焊接量大的问题,系统阐述网架拼装、焊接、提升及吊装关键技术。
Taking the west finger gallery of Terminal Ⅱ of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport extension project as the engineering background,it is positioned with quadrangular pyramid welded spherical grid structure. Most of the grid structures are arch-shaped and bend in two directions at the corner. This structure is difficult to assemble and locate,and has a large amount of welding. The key technologies of assembling,welding,lifting and hoisting of space truss are systematically expounded.
