摘要
为探讨钢筋直锚式方法在外挂塔式起重机基础预埋件使用中的可行性,以南京金茂广场(二期)核心筒外挂塔式起重机支撑架特征为例,提出一种钢筋直锚式预埋件方案,运用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立3组预埋件(主钢梁预埋件、水平支撑预埋件、下支撑预埋件)计算模型,将塔式起重机支撑系统各工况下的支座反力包络值作为预埋件分析的最不利荷载,分析最不利荷载下预埋件不同部位(耳板、劲板、锚筋、埋板)的应力状态,验证钢筋直锚式预埋件方案的受力合理性。分析结果表明,预埋件绝大多数部位的应力值小于钢材强度设计值,只有极少部位出现应力集中,3组预埋件刚度分布均较合理,所提出的直锚式预埋件方案的承载力满足要求,方案可行。
In order to study the feasibility of anchor bar type in foundation embedded part of plugin tower crane,an scheme of anchor bar type ’s embedded parts is proposed by taking the characteristics of support frame of plugin tower crane for Jinmao Tower core tube in Nanjing as an example. Three groups of calculation models of embedded parts(main steel girder embedded part,horizontal brace embedded part,under bracing embedded part) are built by general finite element software ABAQUS,to analyze the stress state of different fractions(ear plate,stiffening plate,anchor bar,buried plate) in embedded parts under the worst-cases of load which are the support reaction "bounding"value of tower crane support system including all conditions,then validate the force rationality of the scheme. It is shown from the checking results that the stress values of most part in embedded parts are less than strength design values and stress concentration occurs in very few parts,three groups of embedded parts’ rigidity distribution are reasonable. And the embedded part of anchor bar type can meet the requirements of bearing capacity.So the scheme of anchor bar type’s embedded part is feasible.
