摘要 采用乳液聚合和溶液聚合方法合成了聚二甲基硅氧烷-聚乙二醇核壳弹性粒子(PDMS-PEG),通过溶液共混方法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/PDMS-PEG共混物薄膜,并对PDMS-PEG增韧改性PLA及其共混物性能进行了研究。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、差式扫描量热仪以及抗拉强度测试仪等对共混物的力学性能、热学性能以及形态结构进行了测试与表征。研究结果表明:PDMS-PEG核壳弹性粒子在PLA基体中分散均匀、相容性良好;PDMS-PEG核壳弹性粒子能够有效地改善PLA的韧性,当PDMS-PEG含量达到20%时,共混物的断裂伸长率提高近3倍;PDMS-PEG核壳弹性粒子的引入使PLA的玻璃化转变温度下降18℃左右。 Polydimethylsiloxane-polyethylene glycol core-shell elastic particles(PDMS-PEG)were synthesized via emulsion polymerization and solution polymerization.PLA/PDMS-PEG blend membrane was prepared by physical blending and used to toughen polylactic acid(PLA).Morphologies,thermal properties and mechanical properties of the blended membranes were studied by mechanical performance test,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and film tensile resistance.The research found that PDMS-PEG core-shell elastic particles had good dispersibility and excellent compatibility in the PLA matrix,and it can improve the toughness of PLA.When the core-shell particle content reached 20%,the elongation at break of blend was nearly three times.The Tgof PLA was decreased about 18℃due to the addition of PDMS-PEG.
